Sun Chuang is the owner and proprietor of Neko Sushi, making Neko Sushi chef owned and managed since 1999; Neko Sushi impressively has caught the eye of the local and national community by being ranked a 4 star restaurant by the Poughkeepsie Journal and voted the best sushi in the Hudson Valley by both Chronogram magazine and Hudson Valley magazine and rated Excellent by Zagat.

Using creativity, Neko Sushi’s sushi bar offers many different kinds of rolls, like the ever popular lobster roll, red dragon roll, and volcano roll. Our menu’s designed with 70 different sushi rolls that will please people with different tastes & preferences. Additionally, the kitchen also offers wonderfully cooked Japanese dishes.

Neko Sushi Hibachi a stylish and grand restaurant stands alone with a large one of a kind sake bar that offers 30 different kinds of primary sake from Japan.
